Regulations (and permits) are brought in to the system as compliance process drivers. Likewise, company data such as a hierarchy of assets (including sources, emission points, sample points, et. al.) are brought in. Both can be brought in via an interface or by importing data from other systems or documents. The system then facilitates an applicability analysis, establishing appropriate relationships.

Operational data is then brought into the system. This is driven by the client's business process and workflows, down to task level. Forecast data can be brought in the same way. The system is configurable to the data formats, units, and modalities available so no data re-formatting is needed. If a data review/approval step and/or data locking is desired, the system facilitates that (or accepts approval/lock status on input).

The data and relationships include mathematical formulas for calculated emission and sample results. The measured inputs and the calculated values can then be used to generate both custom and standard (internal or regulatory) reports. All data and relationships in the system have applicable time spans and versions, and changes over time are simple to make. The system takes data at varying frequencies and with differing time spans and automatically produces outputs on any desired frequency and time span.

The system monitors workflow task status and communicates with the users via e-mail, proactively scheduling activities on the users' calendars. The users interact with the system using any web browser. The report outputs can be stored within the system or moved to a document control system already in place. Curious? Let's schedule a call:
